After hearing about this place from so many people and their amazing burgers, I decided to give it a try. It opens nice and early (11), so you get a mixed crowd of people going for lunch, elderly people going before the crowds, and there were some couples with babies going to eat in privacy without all the hustling and bustling. The place was very nice inside and the service was very good from everyone starting with the hostess, to the waiter, to the bus boys. They start you out with homemade rolls for the table. I decided to try "The H (Harrison) burger" that everyone raved to me about. It is a smashed burger so it only comes in one temperature. I got it with the grilled onions. It also comes with L/T/pickles and their special sauce. The verdict? The burger was pretty good but I have had better burgers in other places. The burger also didn't hold together and was a complete mess, soggy, and fell apart as you were eating it. The bun also didn't hold it together. I would definitely visit this place again to try other items on the menu.

The service and food was good. The decor was somewhat dated but not a big deal. Parking in this area can be challenging. The drinks were good. The crab cake was DELICIOUS, oysters nice & fresh. I had the special pasta dish which was "o.k." Would definitely go back. The warm Apple crumble dessert is also good

Came here for brunch with my family. The restaurant seemed very fancy and the food pictures looked amazing so we were excited to try. We ordered the fried calamari and the truffle fries to start. Both were delicious! We had two orders of the burger which were a 5/5. The ribs were pretty good, I like how they fell off the bone 5/5. The turkey club was not so great, I was a little disappointed but the side salad was amazing. The French toast was delicious 5/5. The customer service was ok.

Charming restaurant with an intimate atmosphere. Our group of 4 came on a Saturday without a reservation and we were told we had a 1.5 hour wait, we decided to stay because it likely wouldn't take that long and ended up waiting 20 minutes before we were seated. We had excellent customer service from our server, Mark. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was more than happy to offer food suggestions to our table. Their bread was served hot and as simple as it was, it was very good. We had the crab cakes and the oysters - both were super fresh and delicious! I ordered the steak frites and I didn't love it, but I think steak frites might not be my favorite way to eat steak. It was nice that it came with a few sauce options, as I fell it's needed to eat the steak since it is on the drier side. The brussel sprouts I substituted for the fries were good, it was definitely Asian inspired. Additionally, we tried the apple crumble and that was SOOO good! Perfect ratio of crumble to apple. Overall, I look forward to revisiting.

I love this place! It never lets me down. It's the perfect balance of modern and classic vibes and the food is sooooo good! They always have such great specials that I never end up having what I had the previous visit even though I loved it. I had a seasonal fig cocktail-Delicious! We shared a sushi appetizer that was shaped like a dumpling and stuffed with lobster, avocado and other deliciousness-Amazing! I had the seafood pasta on special-it was seasoned to perfection and divine. The vibe in the place is great! It's so classic and cozy. It feels like a hidden gem but get there a little early because parking can get a little hectic even though they have their own lot (it's next to the Lirr and an apt complex) it is a busy but quiet area. One of my favorite spots! I forgot to mention that our server's name was Brian and he was a rockstar! He made all the wonderful recommendations that I spoke of and he was a delight. Th perfect balance of attentive but didn't however so we could chat and have a good time.

My partner and I were looking for a dinner spot and came across The Harrison. It was a Tuesday night at around 7PM and had quite a few amount of people already! We definitely ate with our eyes. We ordered the following. 1. Harrison wings - not bad! 2. Crispy calamari - decent portion, good texture, and came out hot 3. Cauliflower - this was my least favorite. We were expecting this to be sautéed but these were heavily breaded with the sauce. It was way too sweet and we got more breading than the cauliflower. I would not get this again. 4. Salmon - my partner ordered this and devoured it. It was super tasty! 5. I got the Harrison burger and added mushrooms. It was a hefty burger, but the flavor was a bit bland. Fries were great though!! Overall, I'd still recommend The Harrison. It was a good experience, and I hear their brunch is great, so I'll definitely have to try it another time!
